A large proportion of worn or damaged rotors of recycling machines do not need to be replaced with new ones – they just need to be overhaul to extend their life. We have been dealing with overhauls since 2012, we have the necessary equipment and satisfied clients around the world. If you send us a photo with visible wear or damage to a particular rotor, our technicians will assess the possibilities of overhaul and our sales department will send you a quote.
Custom-made production
On request, we can produce any straight knife from the thickness of 2 mm to the length of 4500 mm from tool and structural steel. We have the entire custom production in-house – from focusing with a 3D scanner and creating drawing documentation, through complete production and hardening to product marking and packaging.
